Privacy Policy

US Soccer Consulting (“USSC,” “we,” “us”) is a college soccer recruiting consultancy operating at ussoccer.consulting. This policy explains what we collect when you use our site or submit an evaluation request, and what we do with it.

When you submit the free evaluation form, you provide:

• Player and parent/guardian names
• Email address and phone number
• Graduation year, current team, position, GPA (optional)
• Transfer status and a description of your soccer goals
• An optional link to a highlight video

When you browse the site, we and our partners automatically collect limited technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL.

• To contact you about your evaluation request and follow up by email or phone.
• To match athletes with college programs that fit their profile.
• To improve the site and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
• To send you transactional confirmation emails after you submit the form.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's server-side Conversions API to measure the performance of advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram. When you visit the site or submit the evaluation form, we share event data with Meta — including hashed versions of your email and phone number, your IP address, browser user-agent, and certain Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc) — so Meta can attribute the visit or lead to the ad that brought you here. Email addresses and phone numbers are hashed (SHA-256) before transmission.

You can control or limit this tracking through your browser settings, your Meta ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences), or by using browser tools that block trackers.

We share necessary information with the following processors:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website (infrastructure and edge logs).
• Resend — sends the notification and confirmation emails when you submit the form.
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — receives advertising event data as described above.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies and security commitments.

Evaluation submissions are retained in our email records for as long as we may reasonably need them to provide our recruiting services. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

• Access or deletion: email taylor@ussoccer.consulting to request a copy or deletion of your data.
• Marketing: if we ever send you marketing email beyond the transactional confirmation, every message will include an unsubscribe link.
• Ad tracking: use Meta's ad preferences, your browser's tracking-protection settings, or extensions that block third-party scripts.

Many of the athletes we work with are under 18. We collect their information only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, whose contact details are required on the evaluation form. If you believe a minor submitted information to us without parental involvement, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
