Privacy Policy

US Soccer Consulting (“USSC,” “we,” “us”) is a college soccer recruiting consultancy operating at ussoccer.consulting. This policy explains what we collect when you use our site or submit an evaluation request, and what we do with it.

When you use our recruiting evaluation tool or our contact form, you may provide:

• Your name (and, on the contact form, your phone number)
• Email address
• Graduation year, position, playing level and role, recognition, GPA / test scores
• Whether college coaches have contacted you, whether you'd like recruiting help, and any message you add

The evaluation tool also stores the result it generates for you — your division fit range and best-fit level — so we can follow up meaningfully.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider automatically collects limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and referring URL as part of normal server/edge logging.

• To contact you about your evaluation request and follow up by email or phone.
• To match athletes with college programs that fit their profile.
• To maintain and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

When you submit the recruiting evaluation tool or the contact form, the information you enter is sent securely to our own recruiting CRM, where we store it so we can follow up with you. Contact-form messages also notify us by email so we can respond.

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's server-side Conversions API to measure the performance of advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram. When you visit the site or submit the evaluation form, we share event data with Meta — including the pages you view, your IP address, browser user-agent, and certain Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc) — so Meta can attribute your visit or lead to the ad that brought you here. When you submit the form, your email address and phone number are hashed (SHA-256) before being sent to Meta; we do not send Meta your raw email or phone.

You can control or limit this through your browser settings, your Meta ad preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences), or tools that block third-party trackers.

We rely on the following processors:

• Cloudflare — hosts and delivers the website and our recruiting CRM, where your submissions are stored (infrastructure and edge logs).
• Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram) — receives advertising event data as described above.

These providers process data under their own privacy policies and security commitments.

Submissions are retained in our recruiting CRM (and in our email records) for as long as we may reasonably need them to provide our recruiting services. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

• Access or deletion: email taylor@ussoccer.consulting to request a copy or deletion of your data.
• Marketing: if we ever send you marketing email, every message will include an unsubscribe link.

Many of the athletes we work with are under 18. We collect their information only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, whose contact details are required on the evaluation form. If you believe a minor submitted information to us without parental involvement, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision.
